Abstract

The necessity of further improvement of anti-corruption mechanisms in matters of petty bribery is substantiated. Based on the data of judicial statistics, the author argues for the establishment of administrative liability for bribery in person or through an intermediary in an amount not exceeding ten thousand rubles and the corresponding amendments to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
