Abstract

Theoretical and practical problems of legality, law and order in the executive authorities’ activities are considered. A classification of preventive measures aimed at maintaining and improving the rule of law in the law enforcement activities of executive authority officials is proposed. The basic requirements of legality to operational and official activities are defined. Ways to improve the rule of law in the activities of executive authority officials are offered.
