Marginal behavior in terms of moral and political confrontation

Abstract

The author considers peculiarities of establishing marginal model of behavior formed as a result of a person’s moral and political confrontation with a social system through negating common valuable standards of social communication; structural components of the given phenomenon, reasons for establishing and peculiarities of development are pointed out. The emphasis is laid on a social solitude of a marginal person, arising as a result of disagreement between valuable parameters of individual and social existence. The author gives historical examples in which peculiarities of manifesting impudence in a person’s behavior as a symbol of personal political disagreement with accepted social norms. Model of marginal behavior is treated in connection with negating moral principles and latent political protest.
