Abstract

Within the framework of the presented research, the author pays attention to the disclosure of the essence of projects, as well as the analysis of the reasons for their inefficiency. As part of the study, the author revealed that only a few professionals and specialists in this field are enough to manage any project and use a systematic approach that is present in project management, and it was also determined that the main criterion for project success is a set of indicators by which the effectiveness of project management and imple- mentation is assessed. The study identified the factors and conditions on which the success of the project depends. The main reasons for the risks of the project have been identified.
