Abstract

The article is devoted to the sociological analysis of organizational sustainability as a factor in the effective management of human resources. The structure of organizational stability is described: human resources, corporate culture, innovations. The key qualities of organizational sustaina-bility are considered. Three key qualities of organizational sustainability are identified: the ability to accept the socio-economic reality as it is; the ability to find meaning in any situation; bricolage ability.
