Abstract

The article presents the results of a sociological survey of graduates of universities of the Republic of Bashkortostan regarding their guidelines for building a professional career. The authors identified the attitudes of graduates to build a professional career, established the main motives for building a career by graduates. The main actions carried out by graduates to achieve their expectations in terms of building a professional career are analyzed. According to the results of the study, the general and distinctive in the career expectations of graduates studying at different levels of higher education were revealed.
