Abstract

Within the framework of this research work, an attempt is made to combine fundamental and applied research developments and the real needs of the management system in order to achieve the only possible goal of education – to educate a harmoniously developing competitive personality with modern competencies. The article presents a synergetic analysis of the determinism of the theoretical and methodological base, sociostructural changes, as well as the modernizing substantive practices of state educational policy for the development of a qualitatively new model of socio-political management of the system of intellectual resources in the context of the implementation of the national project "Education" with the help of sociological support of educational actors.
