Abstract

The political and administrative strategies and tactics of the Russian Federation today are largely determined by the geopolitical situation, which has largely influenced the modern world order. Under these conditions, new infrastructure solutions are needed, the rejection of reflexive management in favor of responsible anti-crisis management. The authors consider these practices in relation to the federal and regional levels of government.
