Abstract

Pandemic made significant changes to the functioning of enterprises of the tourism industry. The Government of the Russian Federation counted the industry as the most affected. Of course, the efforts of the state to soften the negative impact, they brought positive moments. Many tourist enterprises are liquidated, the part was transformed into digital space and reoriented to the development of domestic tourism. All these moments had a strong impact on determining the cost of business. Investor, the buyer is more difficult to determine the real objective economically reasonable value of the business. Owner (seller) To increase the cost, it is necessary to conduct a number of activities to obtain maximum income. The article presents practical recommendations for increasing the value of the business on the example of the tourist enterprise, which operates in the territory of the Rostov region. An assessment of the transition of the enterprise into digital space is given and what effect the owner of the business receives. With the help of the PCM software product, a cognitive model for estimating the cost of business is built. With the help of a cognitive card and artificial intelligence, an investor, the owner receives a practical toolkit for predicting and changing the system. Based on the results obtained, you can receive a correct managerial solution.
