Abstract

The article examines the development of the sphere of public service management in our country and its current state. It is concluded that at the federal level, we can talk about the formation of a certain system for the management of the civil service at the present time. There is a rather heterogeneous picture in the regions, which is due to the fact that each of them chooses the most convenient form for themselves. The article presents a classification of approaches to the organization of the implementation of functions for the management of the state civil service in the subjects of the Russian Federation.
