Abstract

The analysis carried out in the article based on the results of an expert survey made it possible to assess the resource potential of municipal employees to ensure managerial efficiency within the framework of managerial ideology. Three components were assessed: the physical, human and social capital of the municipal service. The authors conclude that the choice of managerism to improve the efficiency of municipal management can hardly be called rational due to the lack of sufficient resources to work within this management model.
