Abstract

Fundamental changes in the labor market lead to a radical transformation of labor relations. The article considers the labor market in the context of changes in key socio-economic indicators. In addition, modern trends are noted and the socio-economic effects of digitalization of the economy and the labor market, in particular, are identified. The authors propose the directions of adaptation of the labor market to modern digital realities.
