“The Third Leap Of The Sinification Of Marxism”: The Problematic Experience Of Conceptualization[«Третий Скачок Китаизации Марксизма»: Проблемный Опыт Концептуализации]

The article is devoted to one of the key concepts of the official political discourse in modern China – the "third leap of the Sinification of Marxism". The author analyzes the arguments of Chinese scientists justifying this concept, as well as criticism of it in Western and Russian scientific literature. The author polemizes with criticism of the thesis about Xi Jinping as a symbol of the mentioned "third leap" and the leader of the" fifth generation " of Chinese leaders. Moreover, the article contains an analysis of three key metaphorical concepts describing how, as a result of three leaps of the Sinification of Marxism, China has consistently "freed itself from the stigma of a sick Asian", "got on its feet economically" and "reached the era of might".
