Abstract

The article examines the problem of organizing the activities of the court in the subject field of social engineering, which provides scientific justification and effective organization of management activities. Along with this, the current state and vectors of development of state initiatives in increasing the efficiency of the courts and administering justice are considered. Conclusions are made regarding the need to use social technologies in the development and implementation of innovative organizational forms of judicial activity.
