Abstract

The article discusses the prospects for improving GR-management as a complex direction in organizing the management of a private organization as a subject of public-private partnership participation, the purpose of which is to create conditions for the development of public management decisions that meet the interests of the manifestation and implementation of innovative business initiatives. Using the methods of analysis and the method of genesis of new scientific knowledge, the authors establish that one of the key factors in the implementation of GR-management in public-private partnerships in the region is the activity of chambers of commerce and industry and organizations acting on their basis. This happens through the widespread use of electronic digital means of transformation and structuring of multidimensional information data for adequate coverage of the rapid dynamics of the situation with the choice of the most effective options for state and munic-ipal support for private business entities.
