Abstract

The perception of land management processes as exclusively subject-object is undergoing significant changes. In a number of studies by modern authors, social and socio-psychological mechanisms of managerial interaction are noted. Not only the development, but also the approbation and implementation of new management technologies are in the focus of attention of researchers and practitioners. Thus, land administration research reveals the multidisciplinary nature of research in this subject area. The interconnection of the management process with social, economic, political and legal factors is revealed when analyzing the evolution, state and transformation of land and property relations, the introduction of new technological solutions in this area.
