Abstract

The article emphasizes the multivariability of the essential aspects of the definition of "personnel security of the enterprise"; justified the lawfulness of introducing into scientific circulation the term-synonym "personnel protection of the enterprise"; its author's interpretation is proposed. The key indicators of personnel protection (CP) of the enterprise (personnel loyalty, competitiveness of employees, adequacy of personnel policy) are justified; described and illustrated are three approaches (proportional, power, combined) to the formation of their descriptive gradations. The method of diagnosing the level of personnel security is presented; described is a procedure for substantiating the state of well-being of personnel protection associated with analysis of the relief of the short-term profile. In conclusion, the distinctive features of the methodology (simplicity, universality, visibility of the presentation of results, the possibility of using KZ indicators for monitoring) are noted, justifying the legality of its replication in specialized publications.
