Abstract

In this article, an attempt was made to draw attention to archaic features that are found in the framework of modern management trends when working with human resources in the new conditions of the digital economy. The article also analyzes the patterns that are associated with the use of archaic socio-economic relations in the field of human resource management. Corruption and bribery are viewed as special means that personalize class-wide private property. It is concluded that a Russian model of a market economy has developed, symbiotically combining the universal features of a market economy in the context of digitalization with certain archaic features in the field of human resource management.
