Abstract

The article presents an attempt at conceptual assembly on a platform of systemic ideas about modern globalization and observed global dynamics. The relevance of this article lies in ideas and approaches arising from the increasing formation of the "third wave" of globalization and state formation and the mechanisms of global and national-state regulation and management relevant to them.
