Abstract

The article examines the signs and conditions under which it may be necessary to use the mobilization economy. The author examines the threats to the development of the Russian economy, associated both with internal reasons and with external economic factors that require the government to take neutralizing measures. In his research, the author relies on the development of the Russian school of economic thought and a spiritual approach to social development. Analysis of the current state of the Russian economy indicates signals of the emergence of some elements of a mobilization economy: concentration and allocation of resources in priority, strategic directions for the country, localization of production of goods most significant for the economy, strengthening of state regulation of trade.
