Abstract

The article presents a comprehensive analysis of Russian cargo transit reorientation problems from the Baltic States ports due to politico-economic factors associated with the import substitution industrialization and conservation of the competitiveness achieved indicators of the Russian transport segment. These activities will help significantly accelerate development, increase investment attractiveness for Russian large businesses and realize the potential of the Russian port structure.
