Changes in the socio-economic situation in the country contribute to the introduction of such market concepts as: competition, competitiveness, service, product, etc. The purpose of the study is to develop methodological recommendations for improving the personnel management of cultural organizations in the framework of their project activities. The scientific novelty of the research consists in the theoretical justification and development of recommendations for the implementation of project management in cultural institutions.
