Abstract

The article deals with the problem of the formation of personal and corporate responsibility of future managers and leaders. The ability to carry out the decision-making process taking into account the social consequences of companies' activities, the role of personal responsibility of the head of a department and organization is defined as an essential element of the competence of modern graduates of management and economics faculties (skills of daily professional activities; knowledge, experience and understanding, on the basis of which the head makes a decision (critical thinking); personal qualities (values and attitudes) that the leader shows in his activities). A survey of students of the Faculty of Economics and Management of the Law Institute of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration: the beliefs that are fundamental for responsible behavior were studied, 70 students, 30 leaders and managers of large companies in Rostovon-Don were analyzed, revealed the need to include in the educational process such an element of competence as the ability to integrate professional activities new ways of working (for example, the experience gained during the Covid-19 pandemic).
