Abstract

The article is devoted to the socio-cultural analysis of the management of volunteer activities, taking into account the political and economic transformations in the Russian Federation. Amendments to the Constitution of Russia are presented and the authors provide the concept of analyzing the personality of a volunteer and his image with the positions of the review, this special status of the event «Volunteers of the Constitution». Also, the risks of volunteers of the event «Volunteers of the Constitution» were formed in detail and the corresponding situation was drawn up - possible situations and possible matrices of ways out of them were considered. The article analyzes significant political and economic aspects that are significant for volunteer activity and give it a special activity for the development of the country, region, and municipality.
