Abstract

The article analyzes the relationship of hybrid warfare, combined with various forms of organized crime, with such concepts as elite, “fifth column”, “color revolution”, extremism, terrorism, disinformation, political and economic sanctions. The authors propose certain political and legal solutions aimed at effectively countering modern forms of organized crime in order to ensure national security.
