Abstract

The education system plays a key role in the formation of spiritual and moral values in the process of subjectsubject interaction. In the framework of the article it was established that the value-semantic orientations of the head of the educational organization are a factor in improving the quality of management. The article describes the principles of training and education, focusing on which, the head will be able to improve the quality of management of the educational organization of the education system. Among these principles: the principle of the unity of the educational, developing and educational functions of learning, the principle of consciousness and activity, the principle of orientation to the system of moral values and value relations.
