Abstract

This article is devoted to the problem of organizing a healthy lifestyle. The authors of the article believe that physical education is an opportunity to solve various social problems. The authors of the article believe that physical education is one of those socio-cultural spheres, within the framework of which it is possible to solve many social problems, in particular, the tasks of youth health. In the work, special emphasis is placed on three levels of the organization of physical education of youth: macro-social (state), mesosocial (regional), and micro-social (cognitive-value and behavioral).
