Abstract

The limited possibilities of using convergent nature-like technologies in solving the problems of sustainable devel-opment are considered due to the fact that natural metabolic processes in the biosphere proceed more slowly than is necessary for a person to satisfy his needs within the framework of reproduction of natural resources and environ-mental quality. Instead of the convergence of nature similarity, it is proposed to use the principle (law) of balanced nature management, which provides the opportunity to connect the economic growth rate with the reproduction rate of natural resources (or replace continuously consumed resources with new ones with better technological properties) and environmental quality in the framework of reproducing the assimilation function of nature.
