Abstract

The article deals with the essence of transnationalization in the specifics of the development of the modern econom-ic state of a large transnational corporate community. The process of institutional changes in the transitive economic strategy is particularly attractive for large transnational capital. The effectiveness of transnationalization is formed through the specific possibilities of institutionalization of the economic potential of transnational entities. In the current economic transformations, the strengthening of the influence of transnational corporate associations on the factors of economic potential of internationalized economic entities, which form specific economic relationships, is shown.
