Abstract

The digitalization of the economy poses serious challenges to existing business models, including in the structural units of the banking system, which are undergoing a process of transformation worldwide. Customer focus and personalization of the offer, mobility are the key components of the digital Bank strategy. For its effective implementation, it is necessary to solve problems focused on the accumulated customer experience, as well as on the introduction of innovations that support the interests of potential customers. The article discusses the application of digital technologies in the banking sector of Russia, as well as in the world's leading banking institutions, highlights the problems and prospects of digitalization of the banking business.
