Abstract

The article discusses the current problems in the field of profit taxation in the Russian Federation, as well as the directions for reforming the tax system adopted by the government. Considering the importance of taxes for the socio-economic development of modern society, the state needs to implement a set of measures aimed at developing the country's economy and improving the welfare of the population.
