Abstract

The article reveals the basic methodological guidance, vectors of development of psycho-pedagogical education and modern anthropic practices and acme technologies of professional and personal development of subjects of education. It shows the effectiveness of the use of coaching technology to develop the students’ skills of self-expression and professional competencies.
