Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of personnel business development and its’ influence onto the provision of labor resources of agrarian sphere. It is proved that development of potential market of qualified competitive labor force has positive influence. The principles of personnel business operation are described for development of qualified labor force in agrarian sphere.
