Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of theoretical foundations and conceptual content of political events as a constituent element of the interaction of power and society through the prism of the communicative aspect. Special attention is paid to the role of the development of the information society and appropriate communication tools for effective preparation and implementation of the political event. Particular emphasis is placed on the specifics and content of submitting various versions of various political events to the society. Also, in the process of research, functions that are designed to fulfill a political event as an element of the communication process of the state and society are designated.
