Abstract

The article discusses the role and importance of volunteering (for example, the 2018 FIFA world Cup in Russia) as an incentive for intellectual and motor activity of young people, which opens up prospects for professional development in the future. Knowledge of foreign languages is also associated with volunteering as one of the conditions for successful adaptation in the social space. Volunteering contributes to the ability to analyze different situations and find ways to solve problems, take initiative and take responsibility, the ability to process the necessary information. This type of activity contributes to the improvement of team work skills, forms the basis of management and communication.
