Abstract

In the article the main features of management styles and staff motivation in various economic conditions. The theoretical principles of all theories of motivation need to practice, first of all, take into account the economic environment in which the organization operates, and consequently the management style of the staff side of the head determined by the existing economic conditions. The author identified three types of conditions in which, in terms of the impact of external and internal environment to conduct economic activity organization: favourable, sustainable and crisis. The classification of leadership styles and use elements from different theories of motivation in accordance with the economic conditions of the organization. It is established that the binding amount of the premiums to the results of the business allows employees to see the connection between their work and achievements.
