Abstract

In the system of economic policy of critical social technologies, crisis management gains character of strategically significant criterion function of the state providing stability and stability of national economic system on all phases of a business cycle. The macroeconomic instability becomes an objective factor of the present stage of development of economy in the conditions of which fluctuation of national business activity, the process accompanying economic and social development. In modern economy the efficiency of measures of antirecessionary regulation in the system of realization of mechanisms of economic policy of critical social technologies acquires the increasing relevance as promotes minimization of negative consequences of objectively inevitable periods of business recession.
