Abstract

Project management technologies are considerably developed and it is associated with the use of modern approaches in this area. Project planning, correctly conducted project evaluation, foresight of the mistakes that may be made in development and implementation of the project will have direct impact on the success of a new commercial enterprise. Projects are a promising direction of the organization development. Projects vary in size, field of activity, and the number of participants. It is important to determine the goals of planning and the requirements for them. Neglecting any point in the plan will lead to the fact that the result of the project will be at risk. Despite all the risks of project activity, projects can be profitable, be progress engines and develop people's skills in the field in which the project is being implemented.
