Abstract

The relevance of the topic. The article examines the problems of interaction between large and small business forms in the mining industry, examines the impact of sanctions policy and new working conditions on the mining industry. The restrictions and sanctions imposed on the industry, which create difficulties in the interaction between different forms of business, require the development of new strategies for successful work. Goal. To study the problems of interaction between large and small business forms and propose ways to solve them. Methodology. Methods of generalization, analysis, synthesis, historical, analogies. Results and conclusions. The problems arising from the interaction of small and large business forms are considered. The bureaucracy and suspicion characteristic of large companies can hinder flexibility and effective interaction with small enterprises. At the same time, small companies may face problems related to contractual violations and complex relationships between production and management areas of activity. It is important to strive to simplify procedures and create more flexible working mechanisms in order to ensure effective cooperation between different forms of business. The article suggests possible ways to solve these problems. Scope of application. The management of the organization, the sustainable development of the organization and the competitive position in the market.
