Abstract

The work is devoted to the study of the problem of the legal illusion of the existence of the modern Institute of private property law in the civil law of the Western legal conglomeration. On the basis of historical and legal analysis of the restrictions imposed on the rights of the owners, the author comes to the conclusion about the reality of the existence of beneficial ownership, which proves the formation of a neo-feudal socio-economic formation.
