Abstract

In the modern period in the Russian doctrine of legal regulation there is an increased interest of scholars-civilists to the issues of morality and ethics, to the problems of content, meaning and peculiarities of the implementation of the principle of justice in civil law. The actualization of the study of the moral principle of justice can be explained, in particular, by the fact that the strength-ening of the moral principles of civil law regulation of social relations was noted as one of the main goals of the modernization of civil law.
