Abstract

This article is devoted to the study of the causes and conditions for the emergence and existence of administrative corruption in the Republic of Iraq. The author explores the political, legal, economic, social and administrative causes and conditions causing administrative corruption, factors en-suring its viability, formulates the conclusion that combating this dangerous phenomenon requires the joint efforts of the executive, legislative and judicial authorities, which with the support of the population , should ensure the blocking and elimination of the causes of administrative corruption.
