Abstract

The article presents an analysis of the author's empirical research results to identify the staff activity of OOO "Bashneft-Polyus" through analyzing the structure of the company staff, as well as diagnostics of the structure and dynamics of its activity . In a market economy, the effective use of labor potential makes it possible to increase labor productivity, improve the economic indicators of the enterprise, as well as create a positive image of the company. Therefore, the problem of effective personnel management is urgent for all market participants, including enterprises of the oil industry. The study makes it possible to identify the potential of management mechanisms in the process of developing the activity of personnel on the example of OOO "Bashneft-Polyus". In the course of the research, general scientific methods were used: analytical method, observation, questionnaire survey, economic and statistical methods, methods of processing the data obtained, etc. The scientific novelty is the implemented personnel certification algorithm based on psychometric testing, the purpose of which is to identify the problematic factors of the internal environment of the organization that affect the effectiveness of the use of labor potential. Results and practical significance. The theoretical study of personnel activity management, tools for development and management of personnel activity was carried out. A survey of employees was conducted and directions for improving the efficiency of using the labor potential of OOO "Bashneft-Polyus" were proposed. The practical significance lies in the fact that the results of the study can be applied in practice in the process of personnel management at enterprises of the oil industry. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study was the fundamental provisions of sociology and labor economics, management and management theories, as well as the principles of system and functional analysis. The empirical basis of the study was the data of official documents, statistics and corporate reports on the activities of the organization, the results of a survey of employees of OOO "Bashneft-Polyus" (400 people were interviewed).
