Abstract

The purpose of the study is to examine the nature, management features of special economic zones (SEZ) and territories of advanced socio-economic development and determine the specific practical results of their operation. The hypothesis of the study is based on the assumption that a competent combination of development tools in the organization of activities of special economic zones, other forms will help increase the economic efficiency of their operation and increase budget revenues in various forms. In addition, technologies of isolation in individual regions and zones with rates of development of the social structure and economy that are ahead of other regions (or TESED) are also becoming topical. Research methods. Based on the dynamics and key indicators of the functioning of special economic zones and territories, on the basis of scientifically grounded approaches and their own conclusions, the relationship between specific tools used to attract investments in specific territories and their degree and effectiveness of development was investigated. Scientific novelty. Systematization of key results of the functioning of the SEZ and TASED in the Sverdlovsk region. As conclusions, proposals on key areas for improving the management of special economic zones were formulated. The list of proposed measures in the management system of the SEZ and TOSED in the Sverdlovsk region will help to solve most problems and improve their performance indicators.
