Abstract

Uneven development of Russian regions in terms of infrastructure, educational, and, as a result, general economic parameters stipulates for the search for methods and approaches to overcome differentiation in all areas of the country's regions development. Modern reasons of imbalances are studied in detail and measures them are taken to overcome and develop innovative and digital component of educational environment, stimulating the development of educational potential of a number of lagging regions of the country. The purpose of the study is to develop recommendations to overcome educational imbalances imbalance in the regions of the Russian Federation. The result of the study is the author's conclusions concerning specific areas of implementation of innovative methods and approaches to leveling regional educational imbalances that require active dissemination in all regions of the country, save the leading regions.
