Abstract

The industrial sector is a segment of the economic system that makes the most significant contribution to the formation of the gross domestic product (GDP). However, in modern economic conditions, due to restrictions associated with the purchase of technological capacities and high interest rates provided by banks to manufacturing enterprises that produce an increase in the cost of manufactured products, there is a need to form institutions for sustainable development. The purpose of the article is to form mechanisms and institutions for the sustainable development of industrial enterprises in the region, taking into account the established experience in the industrial sector and modern aspects of the functioning of the Russian economy. The subject of the research is the features of development and regulation of the activities of industrial enterprises in the Orel region. The methodological basis was presented by the concepts of sustainable development of industrial regional enterprises of Russian and foreign scientists. Based on statistical and estimated data, an analysis of the impact of gross added value on the development of industrial enterprises in the Orel region was carried out. Review, generalization and comparison of methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of the regional industrial sector development allowed us to formulate specific proposals for the implementation of the regional platform "Buy raw materials in the region" The specification of the methodological aspect is based on the use of the following methods - assessment of statistical data, analysis, classification of support measures, specification, study of methodological literature and systematization of practical experience in the development of industrial enterprises allowed us to formulate the principles and mechanisms for implementing the regional project in the Orel region "Energy efficiency of the infrastructure of regional enterprises". The results of the study are of interest and can be used in developing a regional strategy for sustainable development and programs for the implementation of strategic state tasks. The implementation of the proposed projects will contribute to an increase in the gross regional product during the implementation of the projects "Energy efficiency of the infrastructure of regional enterprises" and the regional platform, promoting the growth of raw materials sales in the region and optimizing regional logistics chains.
