Abstract

The improvement of the state industrial policy in the Russian Federation is connected not only with the need to ensure the country's technological sovereignty within the framework of sectoral industrial policy, but also with the formation of Russia's technological leadership in the international arena, which (sovereignty and leadership) are influenced by the institute of industrial and industrial parks.The study of the mass phenomenon of park structures with preferential regimes for the institutionalization of new industrial and agro-industrial productions allows us to develop an effective algorithm for the actions of authorities and management of the Russian Federation, both in the industrial complex and in the real sector of the economy, ensuring the industrial development of the country and territories. Research area - public administration and sectoral policies. The purpose of the article is to present management innovations in the work of industrial and industrial parks, which affect the quantitative and qualitative production of industrial products through industrial enterprises that are residents (participants) of park structures. The object of research is industrial and industrial parks as a mechanism and a mass phenomenon of industrial policy. The subject of the research is managerial innovations in the work of park structures as a priority in the functioning of development institutions. As a result of the research, the author presents the directions for improving industrial and industrial parks within the framework of an innovative approach that ensures positive changes in regional territories, including the industrial development of the subjects of the Russian Federation.
