Abstract

The purpose of the article - to present the results of the study aimed at analyzing the communicative aspects and trends in the party-political field against the background of the 2024 election campaigns; to assess the prospects of political parties in the upcoming elections. The object of the study - communicative aspects of the 2024 elections. The subject of the study - the impact of the results of the Russian presidential elections and the 2024 United Voting Day on party genesis. As a result of the study, which is of an expert and analytical nature, the authors modeled the electoral stages in Russia, focusing on the scientific forecast of party genesis on the eve of the elections to the State Duma of the IX convocation in 2026. Problem statement 1. The elections of the President of Russia set the vector of development of the party-political spectrum. Technologies of political communication are transformed under the influence of the demands of society. Archaic models of influencing voters through ideology are losing their effectiveness. 2. Electoral success of parties is impossible without "immersion" in the regions, due to the presence of a program that meets the demands of society, as well as public opinion leaders in the ranks of the party. 3. The model of electoral cycles proposed in the article, based on a set of factors and trends in socio-political development and the dynamics of public sentiment, can be used in the process of political forecasting.
