In this regard, there is an objective need to form a digital organizational culture that can meet the challenges of the modern digital world, ensure the adaptation of employees to new business models and develop the readiness of personnel to implement digital technologies in the activities of an industrial enterprise. The purpose is to systematize theories and practices of the development of the digital organizational culture of an enterprise and offer recommendations for assessing the level of its maturity for choosing the directions of digital transformation of industrial systems. The object of the study is the digital organizational culture. The subject of the research is the organizational and managerial relations arising in the process of digital transformation of industrial systems. Research methodology - comparison, generalization and analysis of the processes of transition to digital technologies at different stages of the life cycle of enterprises, producing widespread reorganization, restructuring and transformation of business processes. There is an assessment of corrective changes occurring in the activities of all structures of the organization and influencing the processes of planning, coordination, ensuring and improving the quality of manufactured products. The author substantiates that the success of digitalization is largely determined not only by the efficiency of production activities, but also by the use of new management digital technologies, the presence of digital competencies among personnel and the desire to participate in transformation processes. As a result, the author reveals the essence of the digital transformation of an industrial enterprise, the role of digital organizational culture in this process and its key characteristics. A dual methodology for assessing the readiness of an industrial enterprise for digital development and the level of maturity of the digital organizational culture is proposed.
