Abstract

The transformation of the external environment and the presence of anti-Russian sanctions in the country's economy have led to a slowdown in the pace of production development. First of all, these conditions are associated with the use of obsolete equipment at manufacturing enterprises, the unstable financial position of companies. In addition, in Russian practice, there are enterprises that, without a developed production business system, are focused on receiving regional innovation support. The highlighted condition requires detailed study. The purpose is to study the production system of business taking into account the requirements of regional innovation policy. To achieve this purpose, it is necessary to consider the concept of "production system" of business, determine the list of requirements of regional innovation policy that are imposed on the production system of business, model a group of criteria that will reflect the developed production system of business and compare them with the requirements of regional innovation policy. The research toolkit is reduced to the use of the following methods: comparison, grouping of data, classification of an object by a single feature, process modeling. The result of the study was the author's matrix structure of the requirements of regional innovation policy for the production system of business, containing six key areas: legislation, production process, stocks, products, equipment, planning.
